Not sure what made it work, that scipt of yours that I reversed with the 2nd Download or by a windows patch after my feedback to MS (silent background fix?). But I cannot find a service to disable these from starting. Trying to prevent Windows Update from installing something is getting almost impossible these days with anything you do usually getting reset at some point.
